Bright your skin naturally

There are a couple of simple remedies for this.
1.  Lemon Juice:  Use the juice of one whole fresh lemon and apply all over your skin and include the entire body 15 minutes before you take a shower or bath.  Apply body lotion afterwards and sunscreen on exposed areas when out in the daytime.  Do this 2 - 3 times a week.
2.  Strawberries:  Mash a couple of fresh strawberries.  Apply to all areas and follow the above procedure.
3.  Glutathione:  [a compound involved as a coenzyme in oxidation–reduction reactions in cells. It is a tripeptide derived from glutamic acid, cysteine, and glycine. Google]  You may use glutathione soap as well as glutathione cream - it takes about 2 months to work well but many people love this.  Glutathione is also an antioxidant to neutralize free radicals and prevent cellular damage - so, it's good for you.
